Welcome to the City of Lake Forest's Remote Public Comment Registration page. Registration forms for upcoming City Council meetings are available below for residents and community members who wish to speak remotely on an agenda item or during general public comments.

City Council agendas and supporting materials are posted online at least 72 hours before each regular meeting and may also be reviewed at the Office of the City Clerk, 100 Civic Center Drive, Lake Forest, CA 92630.

How to Participate Remotely

1. Scroll down to find the upcoming City Council meeting at which you wish to speak, then select "Register" and indicate the item(s) on which you wish to provide comments.
   If you provide an email address when registering, you will receive a confirmation email.
   Important: Advance registration using the same phone number you will use to call into the meeting is strongly recommended. Registering during the meeting or calling in from a different phone number may result in delays and could cause you to miss the opportunity to comment before your item has been considered.
2. At the start of the meeting, call (949) 776-5172 and enter meeting code 4516. Participants who selected "Call my phone when the meeting starts" during registration will receive an automated call when the meeting begins and do not need to dial in manually.
3. After joining the meeting, remain on the line and listen until your name is called. No additional phone prompts or actions are required.
4. When the Mayor calls your item, and it is your turn to speak, City staff will unmute your line and invite you to provide your comments.
